We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns on unworn merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must have all original tags attached and be accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags into the original shipping bag or a sturdy box, ensuring you include the packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
